  • Timely Response: Issues reported within 5 business days of service completion will be prioritized and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Clear Communication: We’ll maintain open communication throughout the process to ensure clarity and confidence in the resolution.

 
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover:
  • Issues arising from customer misuse, damage after service, or unrelated third-party work.

  • Requests that go beyond the original agreed-upon scope unless approved as a new service.

  • Situations where access, safety, or cooperation is not provided to complete follow-up service.
