1. Overview
SlateMate LLC provides professional home services including, but not limited to, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, seal coating, and holiday light installation. These Terms of Service apply to all work performed by SlateMate LLC and outline the expectations between SlateMate and the client.

2. Pricing & Payments
• All services are provided at a flat rate, quoted prior to service.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash, Debit/Credit Card.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Invoices not paid upon completion may be subject to additional follow-up and service delay.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
• There is no cancellation fee, but we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
• Services will proceed on weather-affected days only if conditions are still deemed safe and workable by our team.
• SlateMate LLC reserves the right to reschedule services if safety or accessibility is compromised.

4. Satisfaction Policy
• Our team asks for feedback on-site upon completion of services.
• If services do not meet expectations, we will re-clean or address issues while we are still present at the job site.
• Customers have 24 hours after service completion to report any missed areas or concerns. After this period, we may not be able to return without an additional charge.

5. Access & Liability
• Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to work areas (e.g., unlocked gates, pets secured, debris cleared).
• SlateMate LLC is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage to property or fixtures
• Damages due to unsafe or poorly maintained surfaces
• We are fully insured for property protection and personal safety while performing services.

6. Right to Refuse Service
SlateMate LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if hazardous or unsafe conditions are discovered at the property.

7. Marketing & Photography
• We may take photos of completed work for quality control and marketing purposes.
• Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to service.

8. Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver our services (e.g., name, address, contact info). This information will not be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Modifications
SlateMate LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
